A clear price, no hidden fees and a guarantee for the whole period
Here is what the price is made of, when you pay and what you get if a worker leaves.

The StaffBG fee
A one-off fee per hired worker: selection, paperwork, coordination, welcome and the replacement guarantee. There is a discount for 10 or more workers.
Procedure costs
State fees, visa, translations and certifications, flight ticket. You pay them at cost, with no mark-up from us.
Wage and housing
The wage, no lower than the minimum (€620.20 gross in 2026) and no lower than a Bulgarian in the same position earns, social insurance of around 19–20% and usually accommodation.
A small advance on signing and the rest once the people are in Bulgaria. You don't pay the full amount for people you haven't seen yet.
The worker pays nothing
By law an intermediary may not charge candidates fees, and we don't. We work only with partners who don't take money from workers either.
What the fee includes
- Selection through a licensed partner and video interviews with you
- All paperwork and submission on your behalf
- A written offer to the worker with the real terms
- Welcome, help with housing and a bank account
- Monthly check-ins with you and the workers
- Replacement guarantee for the whole period
The guarantee covers the whole contract period. If a worker leaves or disappears, we find a replacement and you pay no new StaffBG fee. You pay only the procedure costs for the new person.

The fee depends on the number of people, the positions and the timing. After a short conversation we send a written offer, often the same day.
Think about what an empty position costs you
Missed orders, overtime, closed rooms at the height of the season. The fee is one-off, while an empty position costs you every month.
