Red tape is our job. Yours is to tell us what people you need.
Here is every step from request to the end of the contract, and who does what. We work with seasonal employment of up to 90 days.
Request workersEvery step has an owner. So there is never a question of “who was supposed to do that”. The contract says the same.
Request and checks
How many people you need, for which positions, what wage and housing you offer and when they should start. We also check that your company meets the requirements for hiring third-country nationals.

Offer, contract and advance
You receive a written offer: the fee, the procedure costs and an indicative plan with dates. After signing you pay a 30% advance.

Selection abroad
A licensed partner selects candidates and arranges practical tests and medical checks. You interview them by video and approve who comes. Each receives a written offer with the real wage, housing and job.

Work and support
We check in with you and the workers every month. If someone leaves during the contract, we find a replacement with no new fee.

End of contract
The workers return home on time. If you are happy, we invite them back next season, so there is no need to train them again.

- You decide
You approve the people and sign. Everything else is on us.
- You don't search for candidates or translate job ads
- You don't fill in applications or visit institutions
- You don't arrange visas, tickets or airport pick-ups
- You don't hunt for housing at the last minute
- You aren't left alone if someone leaves
The procedure takes time, so you sign before you need the people. You get the exact arrival date in the offer.

The first call isn't about selling you something. It is about finding out whether we can honestly help. If we can, we send an offer the same day.
- How many people, for which positions?
- How long have you been looking, and what have you tried?
If you have tried foreign workers before, what went wrong?
- How many employees do you have?
There are limits on how many foreign nationals one company can hire.
- Can you provide housing?
- What is the latest they can start?
Ready for next season?
Tell us the positions and when they need to start. We reply within one working day.
